Experienced Family Law Attorney
Carson O. Mouser, Jr., spent most of his early youth growing up in Upstate and Western New York. He later obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, in 1995, where he also excelled as a national collegiate all-star in rugby. His accomplishments on the rugby pitch provided him with an opportunity to play rugby in Japan after he graduated. While in Japan, Carson worked as an English teacher.
Upon returning to the United States, Carson started his career at an international corporation while simultaneously pursuing a successful rugby career, playing nationally for over 10 years while building his business career as an operations manager.
In 2005, to further his career prospects, Carson earned an M.B.A. in finance and marketing, from Indiana University.
After retiring from playing rugby, Carson became head coach of the Indianapolis Impala’s Rugby team and led the team to several titles within a few short years, including Division II Midwest Champions and a third-place finish at the National Final Four Championship.
After a 20-year career in the business world as an operations manager for an international corporation, Carson decided to get his law degree. In 2018, Attorney Mouser graduated cum laude (with honors) from Florida A&M University College of Law, in Orlando, Florida. Since then, Attorney Mouser has focused on family law, including dissolutions of marriage, modifications, enforcement matters, paternity cases, child support issues, alimony, distribution of property, injunction actions (domestic violence, stalking, dating violence), and other related matters.
Carson’s work experience and educational background, with a focus on finance, give Carson a unique understanding of the financial discovery issues that often occur during a divorce.
Carson is a leader in his community of exceptional and dedicated family law professionals, serving as an elected Board Member for the Central Florida Family Law Inn.
Carson is a veteran of the United States Army Reserves. His desire to once again serve those in his community was the motivating force for his decision to become an attorney. Carson’s passion for the law, and desire to help people, lead him to dedicate his practice to assisting individuals through the difficult and often tumultuous life-changing events that families often face.
