What is Mediation?

This means that a spouse who is seeking a divorce does not have to show any wrongful conduct of the other spouse and a court will not get involved in the details of why a marriage deteriorated. Pastor Angel Perez Press Release [07132012]

Once again, the Kissimmee Police Department (KPD) has taken to accusing first and asking questions later. In their latest attempt to vilify Mr. Angel Perez, KPD obtained a warrant for his arrest on allegations of fraud, without fully investigating the matter. The Kissimmee Police Department has apparently sought a warrant against our client based on only one side of the story, then forwarded the information to the Orlando Sentinel without ever attempting to contact Mr. Perez, or his attorneys.
