Summary: Client was stopped for weaving and speeding. Law enforcement claimed client exhibited several signs of being impaired by alcohol and arrested client for DUI. Client refused to take any sobriety tests or breath test.
Result: At trial, the client accepted a Reckless Driving agreement. The State dropped the DUI.
