Summary:  Client was alleged to have been passed out behind the wheel.  When the police confronted her, they claim that she ignored their commands and tried to drive away.  She was subjected to a series of field sobriety exercises.  The police noted several signs of impairment.  The entire investigation was on video.  The client refused a breath test.  She was arrested for DUI and Resisting Arrest.

Result:  DUI charge dropped to Reckless Driving.  Resisting Arrest charge dropped.
