Charges: DUI, Possession of Cannabis
Summary: Client was stopped for erratic driving and driving up onto a curb. Officer noted signs of impairment, had the client perform field sobriety exercises and arrested the client. Officer found a bag of Cannabis in the car that the client was driving.
Result: DUI case was dropped. The client entered a no contest plea to a reckless driving (non-alcohol) and possession of cannabis charge, but was not convicted, as the court withheld adjudication.
