Charges: Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling, Petit Theft
Summary of facts: Client and a co-defendant allegedly broke into a residential garage and were in the process of stealing items when the homeowner came out and held the co-defendant at gun point until the police arrived. Our client allegedly ran off, but was located by police. Client faced between 21 months to 15 years in prison, if convicted.
Result: Client did not get a felony conviction and received probation as a sentence.
